Nopalea Cactus Juice
Natural Inflammation and Pain Relief
I have had a tooth problem for the past week, it started with what I thought was a loose tooth which was crowned and I though may be it was a gum problem, but then I realised it was the crown that was moving, so I went to the dentist. He diagnosed a case of Gingivitis or inflammation of the gum.
Gingivitis is inflammation of the gums caused by plaque and it seems in my case the plaque had undermined the crown and my tooth was decaying which is why the crown was loose. The dentist removed the crown and cleaned it and the tooth before replacing it. He advised me that I need to treat the gingivitis with hydrogen peroxide mouth wash. I have alternated the mouthwash with nopalea cactus juice which provides fast reaction to the pain and inflammation, by sipping one ounce of chilled juice and swilling it around the inflamed area. The pain disappears without the need to resort to pain killing drugs.
Now I know that plaque induced Gingivitis can be brought on my using partial dentures I will be more thorough in my dental hygiene.
