Chronic Pain and Inflammation relief

Inflammation is a process that periodically occurs in the body as it fights off a wide variety of infections. Short term inflammation is usually a good thing because it ends once the job is done. chromic inflammation is a much more serious issue.

In 2004 a team of Italian researchers published a report that stated

"Obesity. insulin resistance and diabetes are associated with a pro-inflammatory state which also increases cardiovascular risk. This state is often referred to as chronic inflammation - and it has been linked to a range of conditions that promote heart disease, osteoporosis, dementia, diabetes and arthritis"

Researchers also believe that chronic inflammation is largely a modern condition that's caused by unhealthy diets combines with physical inactivity which sends the usual temporary inflammation into an endless loop. Obesity has been shown to increase inflammatory markers which indicate higher risk for heart disease and other conditions. In other words. Being overweight is not just a cosmetic issue because it promotes serious biochemical changes that can lead to even more serious health issues.

Scientist in the Netherlands recently formulated a test supplement specifically designed to counteract chronic inflammation by initiating metabolic changes to overweight people. The trial supplement consisted of fish oil, green tea extract, resveratrol, Vitamins C and E lycopene-rich tomato extract. The formulae produced changes in the genes associated with inflammation and counteracted many of the effects of obesity.

Now researchers are exploring another interesting possibility. what if heart disease, Alzheimers, colon cancer and many other conditions are symptoms of inflammation? Then by repairing the Chronic inflammation you could possible avoid the deadly congruences of these diseases.

In fact, consuming antioxidants that contain ant-inflammatory ingredients is already being considered for repairing disease progression for many conditions where inflammation play a major role.

Most anti-inflammatory nutrients have antioxidant properties because free radicals (molecules responsible for aging and tissue damage) are linked to inflammatory conditions. most of these promising nutrients are readily available. they include herbal extracts such as ginger, turmeric, boswellia and green tea, as well as resveratrol, Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin C and D, folic acid and CoQ-10. also several studies have confirmed that certain super fruits, including Nopal cactus offer potential ant-inflammatory power.
