Many people believe that resveratrol only naturally occurs in Red wine, which is far from the truth. Well, red wine is famous for its contributions in keeping one's heart healthy, and Resveratrol is understood to have multi-modalities of heart-tending actions.

Take for example 'The French Paradox'? If you haven't heard of it, well, it is a generally used expression to mean the direct organisation between alcohol consumption and fatty diets. You see, most French people commonly smoke and their usual diets contain high levels of saturated fat. Grape skin contains the highest natural concentration of Resveratrol. Other sources of Resveratrol include peanuts, eucalyptus leaves and Eastern Knotweed with Japanese Knotweed being the primary source for supplement extracts. Aside from that, resveratrol also helps keep cancer cells and phytoestrogen from junk food in check. In relation to this naturally is the cardiovascular system.

There are many people who prefer to avoid alcohol and its side effects, and they can take concentrated supplements in liquid or pill form, as the natural resveratrol benefits only occur after a long period of time or if consumption is increased.
